Before you return your item, please first send a short e-mail to www.contact@signekejlbo.dk and state your name, the item and invoice number. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges purchased from another retailer.

Be sure to pack your return securely and send via an insured trackable courier. Please keep your receipt. Include a note with your name and invoice number and when we receive your return, your account will be credited for the item amount.

This shawl will be packed and shipped as a trackable package.
